An intuitive body scan reveals how your mind is affecting your body. Although physical problems may be revealed,
the scan mainly picks up on mental and emotional issues, for example,
fears, feelings of being stuck or trapped, feelings of being burdened or being under attack.

Often we squash unpleasant feelings instead of recognising what they are and
where they come from. This puts us under stress as the feelings struggle to come to conscious awareness.
When we don't acknowledge what is going on, the body often takes different
measures to bring it to our attention. This involves physical symptoms of pain.
This scan is intended for therapists or professionals with the understanding and tools to deal with what they find. However, if you are having any form of therapy
you may like to
have a scan before and after the treatments to gauge the differences it has made to your mental emotional state i.e. your bodymind.

Thank you so much for doing Hollie a body scan. You've picked up lots of
things and interestingly the stuff about minerals etc really resonates with
Hollie as she was wondering if she is deficient in some of them. Hollie
has just moved to a new flat this week so has no email yet so she said
to say thank you for her.
It resonates with me about the receptors so I will ask the Creator about

Body scans are given in the following format:
Skeletal system: The bones are about support, structure, financial issues and connection to the Creator/Oneness. Bones create the stem cells, which are vital for the renewal of the body. Bones are full of light and energy; they give us our structure.
Endocrine system: Hormones and chemicals regulate the emotions- anger, depression, fear, and regret. There are also issues of relaxation, rest having fun and making decisions.
Digestive system: You must be loved and accepted to digest food properly in the stomach. Intestinal problems stem from abuse (inc name calling), solar plexus- shame, live- anger & hate, spleen- guilt, fear.
Respiratory system: Sinus problems indicate unshed tears; the lungs should be full of joy but often hold great sadness, grief, loneliness and the feeling of being a victim or trapped.
Heart and Circulatory: The blood and heart are all about nurturing, love and communication. Blood is about self perception. Sluggish blood can mean weight gain.
Muscles: Muscles are about flexibility, self respect, self worth, having to be always right, strength, vulnerability, victim.
Central Nervous system: This is about communication and being able to see and work in other's paradigm.
Excretory/Reproductive: may be about resentment, anger, grudges
Skin: The skin is a reflection of what’s going on inside the body. Healthy liver leads to beautiful skin. The skin is our defensive shield but also our connection with divine energy and sensitivity to others and the world.

Eyes: The eyes show truth, ego, jealousy, blocks and raise emotions.
Brain: This may show resistance, pain, accepting or refusal of help, overanalysing.
Ears: Do you hold what others tell you as sacred, can you perceive the highest and best truth?
Lymph: (defences, confrontation) needs exercise or warmth to flow better.
